1. Property Inspection:

The Buyer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to thoroughly inspect the property of interest before finalizing the purchase.

The Company may provide assistance in arranging property inspections upon request, but ultimate responsibility for the inspection lies with the Buyer.

2. Offer and Acceptance:

Any offer made by the Buyer for the purchase of a property must be in writing and submitted to the Company.

The acceptance of an offer by the Seller is subject to negotiation and approval. The Company acts as an intermediary in this process.

3. Legal Compliance:

The Buyer agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the purchase of real estate properties in Goa

4. Financial Responsibility:

The Buyer is responsible for securing financing for the purchase of the property.

All financial transactions related to the purchase, including down payments and closing costs, must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller.

5. Property Documents:

The Buyer acknowledges that the Company will provide access to relevant property documents, but it is their responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of such documents.

The Buyer agrees to notify the Company immediately of any discrepancies or missing documents related to the property of interest.

6. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes arising from the purchase transaction, the Buyer agrees to engage in good faith negotiations with the Seller to resolve the issue.

If necessary, the Buyer agrees to seek mediation or arbitration to resolve disputes, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing the transaction.

7. Breach of Agreement:

Any breach of the exclusivity agreement or violation of these Terms by the Buyer may result in termination of the purchase transaction and potential legal action by the Company.

8. Exclusive Representation:

The Buyer acknowledges that the Company acts as their exclusive representative in the purchase transaction.

The Buyer agrees not to engage in direct negotiations with the seller or their representatives without the prior consent of the Company. Violation of these Terms by the Buyer may result in termination of the purchase transaction and potential legal action by the Company.

9. Communication Protocol:

All communication regarding the purchase transaction, including offers, counteroffers, and inquiries, must be directed through the Company.

The Buyer agrees to inform the Company promptly of any communication received directly from the seller or their representatives related to the purchase transaction.

10. Non-Disclosure:

The Buyer agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the Company to the seller or any third party without prior authorisation.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, pricing strategies, negotiation tactics, and other proprietary information shared by the Company.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa Jurisdiction.

By engaging in any transaction with the Company, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and conditions listed on our website
